International customers.  It is best for you to email us what you would like to purchase.  We will then calculate your shipping and give you a special secure link to order from.  Please specify if you desire air mail (1 week delivery).  Otherwise, the default method of shipment is boat transit (4-6 weeks).  If you have already ordered, we will detect this when processing and email you a link for you to pay the extra shipping.  

You will be charged the exact cost of shipment with no handling fees.

KNOW YOUR COUNTRY'S LAWS.  For example, Austria prohibits DHEA from crossing its borders.  Taiwan prohibits extracts of tea.  If your order is returned to us because of noncompliance with your country's laws, we will refund your money less shipping expenses.  We will not refund money if tamper-resistant packaging is disrupted.  

We guarantee shipment of products up until they reach your country's system (customs).  We are not responsible for postal "theft."

We suggest that international shoppers purchase reasonably.  Rather than placing a sizeable order for $500.00, for example, we suggest making two separate orders for $250.00.  If you are willing to pay for a carrier (UPS, FEDEX, etc.), insurance may be purchased, but please take note that it is very expensive and may affect the dollar value savings that we offer.
